Any additional work requested by the client such as extra concepts, extended revisions, new deliverables, or changes after approval will be deemed out of scope and charged at our standard hourly or project rates. Timelines are provided as estimates and begin only once all required content, materials, and approvals have been received from the client.
Clients are responsible for supplying accurate information, brand assets, feedback, and timely communication to avoid delays and the output of correct design.
Should you not keep up with communication or proivde a clear brief, the design team will aim to follow-up. Should attempts result in further abscence the design team is permitted to create to their vision to ensure that the brief is met. Challenging this will not be permitted or a reasonable excuse inline with this agreement.
